Our 51st Annual Telethon was a remarkable success, raising a record-breaking $153,200 in support of our programs and services for individuals and families across Huntingdon County.

This year’s Telethon was especially significant, as we officially announced our organization’s new name: RAISEtown Care Connect. The announcement was made during Talent Day on Saturday, March 22nd, marking the start of a new chapter while honoring our strong foundation of community care.

While this year’s event was still called the Telethon, future events will carry forward the legacy under a new name—RAISE-A-THON—reflecting our mission to raise up lives and strengthen community connections through independence, dignity, and empowerment.

Planning for each Telethon begins in the fall, and there are many ways to get involved—whether by helping with early auction routes, gathering donations, or supporting the live broadcast.
